Sometimes it’s a great song title that comes to mind – or a certain phrase that slowly builds into a song.  Often times I write because something happened in my life that brings about emotion that I can only get out of me through song.

I started writing music when I was sixteen years old, often in class when I was supposed to be paying attention, but my mind always wandered to music.

Music of all types moves me, I love the stories told in country songs, but I’m currently experimenting with different types of music, and collaborating with other artists from all genres.  Stay tuned!
